Ever felt or feel like things just couldn’t get any worse.

Just take a moment, to look at how far you’ve come despite the difficulties. Don’t fight what is out of your control – work out how you can manage them a little bit better.
“What small thing can I do that will help me?” Or “What are my strengths to help me through?”

Understand that the difficult times we go through in life are mostly only temporary. Things will work out. They say “ride that wave”. All waves eventually get small, hit the shore and fizzle out.

We can all learn to ride the waves of emotions in ways that are right for us. The first part of doing this is accepting it might not be easy but believing you can do it
