Our bodies have the incredible power to heal and process emotions from past trauma – if we allow it too.

You might of heard the phrase “time heals” This is true but how well we heal in that time is up to us.

A simple phrase I have found more helpful is “feel it to heal it”

Don’t shut it out because that is less uncomfortable. Oh trust me I been there many many times in my life. 🤦🏽‍♀️ no judgment here.

Instead feel it, knowing it will pass in time ✨
