What to expect with guided relaxation?
This guided Relaxation helps to de tress and relax. Helping you to have a lovely deep sleep. So this is purely an opportunity to allow yourself some time out.
What to bring:
You will need to bring a yoga matt or some sort of matt to lie on, a pillow and a blanket if you wish to be extra snug.
